Fannisha Page serves as the Chief Operating Officer of FullTimeFather Life Coaching, where she leads daily operations, strategic partnerships, and program development with excellence and compassion. A proud alumna of Columbus Alternative High School (CAHS), Fannisha brings over eight years of diverse experience spanning program management, health and human services, and information technology—bridging innovation with impact across every initiative.

As COO, she plays a central role in shaping the organization’s long-term vision—ensuring that each program reflects FullTimeFather’s mission to strengthen families, support fathers, and equip youth with the tools to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Her leadership is defined by her ability to merge human-centered care with technology-driven systems that enhance efficiency, communication, and measurable results.

Fannisha’s background includes extensive experience in maternal and family health, community outreach, and behavioral support services. She is both a Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) and a Certified Family Peer Support Specialist, blending professional expertise with lived experience to empower families and advocate for holistic wellness.

At FullTimeFather, she leads with empathy, accountability, and innovation—guided by the belief that when families are supported, communities grow stronger. Her vision continues to drive impactful initiatives such as Together We Will, MenIIMentors, and the Cardinal Pathway Summer Camp, helping transform lives and strengthen family legacies throughout Central Ohio.
