Eyonce Potts joins FullTimeFather as our Social Work Intern, bringing both passion and purpose to our mission of supporting fathers and strengthening families. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Dominican University (ODU) in Columbus, Ohio—an institution known for its commitment to cultivating servant-leaders and social change. Currently, Eyonce is actively pursuing her Master of Social Work at The Ohio State University (OSU), where she is honing the clinical, community-engagement, and policy skills that will inform her work with youth, families, and fathers.

As a newly married woman and the proud mother of two, Eyonce brings lived experience and deep empathy to her role. Her journey—balancing family, education, and community service—reflects the very values FullTimeFather cultivates: resilience, accountability, and empowerment. At FullTimeFather, Eyonce contributes to program development, mentors participating youth, supports father-engagement strategies, and collaborates with staff to ensure our initiatives are inclusive, culturally responsive, and impactful.

Eyonce is excited to advance her social work practice within the FullTimeFather community and to assist fathers in achieving their full potential—so that whole families thrive.
